Our Carterton property is the perfect choice for your Oxfordshire mini break or as the ideal base for those working in and around the area.
Nestled in the heart of the West Oxfordshire countryside we are on the doorstep to both Oxford (30 minute drive) and the Cotswolds (5 minute drive), where you’ll find attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Cotswold Wildlife Park, Crocodiles of the World, quaint Cotswold towns, Oxford University parks and many more.
You’ll find a great selection of local restaurants, pubs and cafes (please feel free to ask for our recommendations when you book).
There are small local stores and 3 main supermarkets close by for all your self catering needs.
Situated close to RAF BRIZE NORTON, we are in the ideal location for anyone working or contracting on the base. With free offstreet parking for 2 cars.
We can cater for any length of stay!
Our Oxford property is ideal for any party of guests needing to stay close to central Oxford City for either work or pleasure.
Nestled in the heart of bustling East Oxford we are just a short drive or bus away from Oxford city centre (10 minutes) and have lots of local popular restaurants and shops on our doorstep including night-time entertainment at the O2 academy or The Bullingdon (5 minute walk)
There are also several grocery stores close by for all your self catering needs.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac we offer free offstreet parking at the property, with a large secluded garden available for entertaining.
We can cater for any length of stay and is ideal for contractors working in Oxford as the property can comfortably sleep 4 people in seperate bedrooms or 7 people sharing beds (sofa bed must be requested at time of booking)

Need accommodation for you or your team for a few weeks or months? We have the perfect solution for you.
Payment of a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of £250. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

Well behaved pets are welcome at our Boundary Way property for an additional charge of £30
We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times.
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. There is a late checkout/ early check in option for an additional fee. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate

Cleaning fee is included within the price however if your stay is longer than 2 weeks there will be a minimum of a fortnightly clean/ linen change at an additonal charge.
